This product is aimed at entrepreneurs and innovators who want to develop different sectors in Saudi Arabia.

The product works to support the stability of entrepreneurs and provide an inspiring incubator environment for them.

General benefits:

1. Reside in Saudi Arabia with the family, which includes parents, spouses and children under the age of 25.

3. Exemption from the financial fees imposed on expatriates and accompanying persons.

Eligibility criteria:

1. First Category

• Obtain an entrepreneurial licence from the Ministry of Investment.
• Receive investment round(s) from a Investment entities accredited by the Centre With a minimum value of 400 thousand riyals.
• Letter of recommendation from the investor
• The applicant's shareholding in the company must be at least 20%.

2- Second Category

• Obtain an entrepreneurial licence from the Ministry of Investment.
• Receive investment round(s) from a Investment entities accredited by the Centre Worth Riyal 15 million.
• Letter of recommendation from the investor
• The applicant's stake in the startup must be at least 10%.
• Create at least 10 jobs during the first year and at least 10 additional jobs during the second year.

Length of stay:

1. First category: Five-year fixed-term residency, renewable once upon continued fulfilment of Tier 1 eligibility criteria and 30 months of residency within 5 years.
2. Category 2: Directly permanent, conditional on the creation of at least 10 jobs for the first year and at least 10 jobs for the second year.
