Eligibility criteria:

• Obtaining an investment licence
• Provide a valid investment licence(s) from the Ministry of Investment for a minimum of SAR 7,000,000 for the applicant's share
• Provide a valid commercial register
• The Memorandum of Association establishes the applicant's interest in the company
