Issuance of Property Development and Off-plan Sale Licence (Wafi)

This service enables those wishing to engage in the activity of selling and leasing off-plan real estate projects to request qualification, issue the necessary licences and benefit from the post-licensing services of the real estate project of any type, aiming to automate the services of the real estate development sector, under the supervision of the General Authority for Real Estate, in accordance with the system of selling and leasing real estate projects on the map issued by Cabinet Resolution No. (196) dated 1445/03/04 AH.

This service allows those wishing to practice the activity of selling and leasing off-plan real estate projects and related professions, as a prerequisite for obtaining a licence, according to the law and the executive regulations for selling and leasing off-plan real estate projects.
